Studio A Live Room 1/1-Octave RT60

At Do No Harm Music, we measure everything to the Nth degree.   Our world-class recording space and hardware is complimented with world-class acoustic and electronic measurement equipment from companies like B&K, G.R.A.S., and Audio Precision.  Reverb times (RT60) were measured using a dodecahedral loudspeaker using 1/1-octave filtered pink noise from 63 Hz to 16 kHz. Since the acoustics can be easily modified with removable absorber/diffuser panels, the Live Room's sonic characteristics can change to match the sonic intent of your music.  Other studios may use plugins or outboard devices to tailor the room's characteristics.  We prefer to do it organically - let the energy naturally reverberate in the space and let our mics capture the millions of acoustic reflections that give life to the music.

Reverb time (rt60) decay curves from 63 Hz to 16 khz
